These Terms govern access to the Meera OS website and any authorised preview, pilot, or service involving Meera Receptionist.

Current service status

Meera Receptionist is presently in private development and controlled testing. Website descriptions are informational and do not guarantee general availability, specific features, or commercial terms.

Responsible use

You must not use the website or service to break the law, mislead or harm others, send unauthorised communications, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorised access, or process information without an appropriate lawful basis.

AI-assisted communication

Meera Receptionist may use automated and AI-assisted processing. Responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace qualified professional advice. Businesses remain responsible for their instructions, customer commitments, regulatory duties, and decisions requiring human judgement.

Pilot and customer arrangements

Any pilot or paid deployment may be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, pricing, support, data handling, and responsibilities. That agreement will prevail where it conflicts with these general website terms.

Intellectual property

The Meera OS name, Meera Receptionist product, website content, software, designs, and related materials belong to Meera OS or their respective licensors. No rights are transferred except the limited permission to use an authorised service as agreed.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a dependable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Meera OS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website information, automated responses, third-party networks, or unauthorised use.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, improve or restrict features, or suspend access when necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or misuse prevention. The effective date identifies the latest version.

Governing principles

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights remain unaffected.
